Her background in communication, logistics, and people management means she doesn't just plan weddings — she orchestrates them with precision, grace, and a deep understanding of what makes a celebration meaningful.

Abby’s career began in the corporate world, where she developed the organizational systems and leadership skills that now translate effortlessly into managing all the moving pieces of a wedding day. What started as a passion for bringing people together soon turned into a calling, and she found herself drawn to the creative energy and emotional richness of weddings.

As a licensed and insured travel agent, Abby also helps couples plan dreamy honeymoons, destination weddings, and guest travel accommodations. This unique blend of planning and travel expertise allows Forever Planned to support couples through every phase of their journey — from the proposal to the final farewell.

With a warm, approachable presence and a true heart for service, Abby partners with each client to transform wedding dreams into reality. Alongside a team of trusted associate planners, she ensures every step of the process is thoughtful, personalized, and smooth — so couples can focus on celebrating, not stressing.

  • Ideally, as soon as you get engaged! The earlier we start, the more value we can provide—especially with budgeting, vendor selection, and timeline management.

  • Forever Planned is made up of one lead Wedding Planner and a small team of Associate Coordinators. You will work with our Lead Planner through most of the planning process, and you will have the Forever Planned team at your event for Day-Of Coordination.

  • No! We only take on one wedding per weekend - allowing us to fully focus on the couple and the events taking place. This gives a personalized touch on such a memorable day!

  • Absolutely! We're happy to collaborate with your chosen vendors or refer trusted professionals we’ve worked with before. We will always ask for a list of vendors you have already agreed to work with prior to our consultation.

  • A venue coordinator works for the venue. A wedding planner works for you. We manage all the moving pieces, communication, checklists/timelines and vendors—not just the venue.
